Physical goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).

We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within seven working days, however, if goods are unavailable for any reason, delivery will take a little longer.

Refunds & Returns

The Bega Valley Historical Society will only authorise the return for credit or exchange of goods that are not received by the purchaser in good order & condition.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery.

 

Requests for Return

No returns of goods for credit will be accepted unless the return was authorised by the Bega Valley Historical Society within seven days of its delivery to the customer.

All products authorised for return must be in their original condition & securely packaged & protected.

All postage & insurance costs for the return of goods are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post & that you pre-pay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & refunds on purchases will not be processed where goods authorised for return are not received.
